No credit card? No problem! Just ask us for a price quote, then send a check or money order for that amount to Essential Live Feeds, 800 5th Ave. #101-173, Seattle, WA  98104. Upon receipt we'll immediately schedule your shipment and notify you by e-mail or phone number, so please include those.

Essential Live Feeds assumes no liability and offers no guarantee for shipments that are lost or delayed as a result of incorrect or incomplete addresses as sent to us by customers. Please triple check the delivery address and phone number you submit to us.

If You Experience A Loss:

First, make sure that the copepods are not viable by pouring the contents of the bottle into a second dish or jar and/or observing them under a bright  light.  A few will always moult or perish during shipping, but the majority should be alive and jumping. Please be patient, as they are very small. Also, there are three species and the largest is 10x the size of the next largest species. While it may not look like much, they are in there!

If you feel there is still a problem with the shipment, notify us by e-mail. Return the bottle(s) by U.S. Priority Mail to: Essential Live Feeds, 800 5th Ave. #101-173, Seattle, WA  98104.

Returns must be securely sealed in at least 2 plastic bags within a sealed shipping box. Empty bottles are not acceptable as returns. The product must be returned as it was sent, so I can take a look at it.

Boxes must be postmarked within 48 hours of confirmation of inactivity and not more than 7 days after leaving our facility. We will replace the dead specimen(s) PLUS allow a credit of $3.00 toward return postage. This guarantee applies to the original shipment only, not replacement items. Shipping and box charges are not included in this guarantee. Sorry, credit cards cannot be credited for losses.

No products which are shipped beyond the recommended guidelines of two days are guaranteed. This includes bottles sent by the US Postal Service or to overseas destinations, or by way of an APO or other postal box within the U.S. used as an intermediate step for overseas shipping.
